Workforce Intermediary

The East Bay Career Pathways consortium is collaborating with regional partners — K12’s, community colleges, Workforce Investment Boards, chambers, community-based organizations — to develop a system that enables educational reform through employer engagement.

For the role of Workforce Intermediary, the EBCP developed an RFA for a K12 Employer Liaison and allocated funds directly to the colleges to hire Work-based Learning Coordinators. Please find here the K12 Employer Liaison RFA along with the CPT Intermediary CC Addendum to MOU (guidelines for colleges in the form of an addendum to our original MOU above).

The EBCP, in close partnership with complementary initiatives, is developing an Intermediary Infrastructure. The concept diagram can be found here: Intermediary Infrastructure.
